• 1 roll small hot-dog or submarine (~12.5 cm)
• a bit of pesto at the bottom
• dried oregano
• fresh lettuce leaves
• 1 tomato small vine-ripened, thinly sliced
• 1/4 onion red, very thinly sliced
• 25 g Parmigiano-Reggiano, shaved
• 2 slice Prosciutto di Parma
• sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste

I would have enjoyed it more with rucola
